The biggest of the three objectives would be the goal to improve the players basketball skills on the court such as shooting, passing and ball handling.
Build Confidence
One huge key to a player's success and something that all great players have is a confidence. Having confidence in your game is what gives you the ability and courage to use what things you learned in trainings during the games and play through the slumps when things aren't going your way.
Increase Basketball IQ
A very underestimated skill that many people overlook is the understanding of the game and being able to process it. Having the ability to take in what you see on the court and know the correct and timely responses gives the player a huge upper hand against even more talented players.
